Give your Gmail labels a review-first makeover

A typical mailbox may have a mixture of labels created for senders, one-time tasks, orders, receipts, and newsletters. That does not mean every old label should disappear. Check gathers label evidence and a bounded mail sample so the recommended structure has a visible basis.

For each category, review its name, description, estimated count, source-label mapping, and representative senders or subjects in the same Review page. This makes it easier to catch an overly broad group before approval. You can make small edits or disable a suggestion without authorizing arbitrary Gmail actions.

The final confirmation names the labels to create or reuse, source memberships to consolidate, and the estimated scope. Apply progress comes from the saved job. A completion view should use recorded before and after values and actual processed or changed counts, not an invented health score.

The resulting categories become the target for future Inbox mail. InboxRevamp does not automatically audit the full mailbox again or restructure labels in the background. You can change Category settings for future messages, and run a new historical Check only when you explicitly choose it.
