1. The service

InboxRevamp provides account access and, when you explicitly connect one Gmail account, a read-only organization audit, an editable recommendation, an approved historical relabeling job, and automatic classification of new Inbox mail into the approved labels. Gmail remains your mail provider and source of truth. The service does not provide an email reading, sending, or drafting interface.

Historical relabeling follows the bounded plan you approve. InboxRevamp creates or reuses approved destination labels, verifies destination membership before removing a selected old user-label membership, and leaves the old Gmail label objects in place. It does not delete or archive messages, change read state, or modify Gmail system labels. After Revamp, category changes apply to future mail; a new historical structure requires your explicit Run Inbox Check Again action.

2. Gmail authorization and processing

Gmail authorization is separate from InboxRevamp authentication. Connecting a mailbox grants the `gmail.modify` permission needed to read bounded metadata and apply approved user labels. Check and Revamp process bounded metadata and approved message IDs; ongoing classification processes From and Subject headers, selected list/automation headers, Gmail's short snippet, and your approved category names/descriptions using the configured third-party inference provider. Full bodies, MIME, and attachments are not retrieved by the classifier and are not stored by InboxRevamp. See the Privacy Policy for details about data and retention.

You must own or be authorized to administer the mailbox you connect and have authority to submit the minimum classification data to the configured inference provider. Do not connect a mailbox whose data you are not authorized to process. You can disconnect Gmail at any time; disconnect removes local credentials and attempts to revoke Google access but leaves Gmail messages and labels intact.

3. Automated categorization

Classification is probabilistic and may mislabel messages or leave messages unchanged. Low confidence and provider failures are designed to be no-ops. You remain responsible for reviewing your mailbox and should not rely on labels for emergencies, legal notices, financial decisions, or other critical determinations.

4. Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with Gmail or Google systems, or attempt to access another person's account. The service is an early-access product and may change or become unavailable. Google OAuth verification and any required security assessment are prerequisites for public production deployment.

5. Pricing and billing

Any paid subscription offered by InboxRevamp will show its price, currency, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms before checkout. You are charged only after completing an explicit checkout. Your account displays the verified subscription status and current billing period.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. These terms require legal review for the operator's identity and jurisdictions before public launch.

7. Contact

The operator's legal identity, governing-law jurisdiction, and a working contact address must be supplied in the deployed service configuration before public production use.
