Choose a Gmail inbox organizer that shows its work

A useful organizer begins with your mailbox as it is today. InboxRevamp inventories ordinary Gmail user labels and reads representative message metadata within a server-controlled limit. It looks for repeated names, overlap, recurring subjects, and senders that appear in the sample. The first Check is read-only, so you can inspect the findings before deciding whether to continue.

Instead of asking you to build a taxonomy from scratch or compare several generated plans, InboxRevamp offers one recommendation. Each proposed category can show the existing labels it groups, an estimated message count, representative senders or subjects, and a short explanation. You can edit category names and descriptions, disable a suggestion, and review the combined mail-and-label picture on one page.

The preview identifies which destination labels will be created or reused and which existing user-label memberships are in scope. Only after explicit approval and a final confirmation does Revamp begin. The service adds the approved destination label, verifies it, and then removes only the approved source membership. Existing Gmail label objects stay in place.

InboxRevamp is an organization tool, not another place to read or send email. Your Gmail account remains the source of truth and you continue using Gmail.
